Dx'd at 48, 1st wedding anniversary. Told to no surgery, no treatment, no cure. Tumor was 10 pounds, 20 cm. Had bilateral lung mets at time of dx's (too many to count). Almost 5 yrs later, after 2nd opinion, risky nephrectomy (almost lost me twice on table), two other surgeries including brain surgery, multiple procedures, and undergoing every FDA approved treatment, I'M still fighting the good fight. Have mets to brain, both lungs, mediastinum, peritoneal, retroperitoneal, back muscles, etc.
