Kevin_Mellott: Well we actually met at a ranch two summer ago, so we haven't had any issues yet. I know some places have separate housing for guys and gals and no couples housing, but we haven't run into a problem yet

Kevin_Mellott: No I just have 10 yrs of hospitality experience and she is a recent college grad with a good family and didn't really work through college so she doesn't have much on her resume
